Article Intended For

Penn State faculty, students, staff, and affiliates who wish to view the chat panel content from their Zoom meeting that has copied over to Kaltura.

Introduction

All Zoom recordings are automatically copied to Kaltura Mediaspace.  Unfortunately, the "chat panel" is not part of the recording.

However, the contents of the "chat panel" are copied over to the Kaltura recording in the form of a text file that is accessible by the user in one of two ways.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1.  Log into Kaltura MediaSpace.

  2. In My Media, find the recording you want to view and click on it.
