When completing the ECRM Help Request Form, it's helpful to include the URL of the page where the assistance is needed. This helps the support teams provide faster and more accurate troubleshooting.

Example of a Salesforce URL:

https://psu-external--staging.sandbox.lightning.force.com/lightning/r/Contact/0037900000La7s3AAB/view

Steps to Copy Your Salesforce URL into the ECRM Help Request Form:

  1. Navigate to the exact Salesforce record or screen where you experienced the issue (e.g., an Opportunity, Account, or Contact page).
  2. Copy the URL.
    • Look at the address bar at the top of your browser.
    • Click once in the address bar to highlight the full URL.
    • Right-click and choose Copy, or press Ctrl + C (Windows) or Command + C (Mac).
  3. Open the ECRM Help Request form.
  4. Click into the field labeled Page URL where the issue occured (if applicable):, then right-click and choose Paste, or press Ctrl + V (Windows) or Command + V (Mac).
  5. Complete the rest of the fields and submit the request form by clicking the Order Now button.
