Article Intended For

Students, Faculty, and Staff who want to install Adobe CC on their work or personal computers.

Introduction

Adobe CC is a suite of application available to Penn State Students, Faculty, and Staff. This article is intended to outline the process of requesting access and installing the Adobe suite.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Download the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App here: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/download/creative-cloud

2. Run the installer downloaded in step 1

3. After installation completes, run the Creative Cloud Desktop App

4. Sign in - The app should ask first for just your email address. Enter your official Penn State email address only! No other email will work, i.e. you cannot use abc123@arl.psu.edu, or abc123@pshealth.psu.edu, it MUST BE abc123@psu.edu

5. The next screen should prompt you to choose an option, either "Personal Account" or "Company or School Account". You MUST choose "Company or School Account"

6. You should now be prompted with Penn State Web Access where you will enter your Penn State username and password. This authenticates you as an official Penn State licensee. Again, it must be your official Penn State username i.e. abc123. No alias etc.

7. Once authenticated Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App should start up and show you available applications that you can now install and use.
