Issue
Mobile credentialing has a limit of 1 smartphone and 1 smart watch on your Transact account. This article will provide helpful steps on what you should do before you acquire a new phone, so that you may successfully add the new device to your transact account.

Resolution
In order to get a new mobile id+ card on a new mobile device the old credential must be deleted from the end users transact account. To remove the old credential please follow the instructions at id.psu.edu/deactivate, to deactivate your old mobile id+ card. After the old credential has been deactivated it may take a few minutes before someone can log into Transact eaccounts to provision a new mobile id+.
