Harrisburg: Facilities and Event Management Support provides a comprehensive portfolio of programs to meet the educational needs of diverse learners beyond the normal classroom experience. Events include meetings, training sessions, or information sessions in classroom or event spaces. Event management services include setting up microphones, TVs for promotional presentations, and testing of existing multimedia and computer equipment to insure the scheduled event proceeds as planned.

CostsCharges might incur dependent upon setup and tear down of the equipment or damage to the equipment. Charges pertaining to outside groups would follow university guidelines.
RequirementsUsers will need a current Penn State access account.
Events spaces and classrooms must be reserved in 25Live.
