Introduction

The Negotiation Manager maintains a running log of all activities associated with the contractual award agreement.  It permits negotiators in the Central Processing Offices (CPO) to maintain an electronic record of negotiation activities.  The records that are available to you depend on your administrative unit.

Article Body

The Negotiation Manager can be accessed from your entry screen (Welcome Page).  Under the Applications menu click on Negotiation Manager.

Database of contractual actions (financial and non-financial) processed by Central Processing Offices (CPO).

A Log number is automatically assigned to each record created.

A Log record may be associated with OSP #.

 

The Contract Log Statement is a summary of the information recorded in the Negotiation Manager log record.

Click the blue icon to the right of Log Number to view Log Statement summary.

Quick Query allows the user to search for a record using pieces of information.  Any combination of data can be search on.

Log Number Lookup icon When this icon is displayed in front of any field, click on it to search for the correct entry.
