Issue
Why can't I change the GlobalProtect login user?
Environment
- Penn State managed/owned machine
- connected to AD
- Windows Operating System
- GlobalProtect VPN agent (GP)
- Microsoft web browser (default browser used by GP)
Resolution
- Sign out of GlobalProtect
- Clear saved Workplace credentials in Windows
- Go to Start menu button
- Type in "Access work or school" and open it
- Click on the account with the user name in question
- Click on the "Disconnect" button
- Sign back into GlobalProtect
