Introduction

This article explains how to find out whether you're eligible to unenroll from MFA, and how to do so if you are.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Review Who Must Enroll in Multifactor Authentication at Penn State? to determine whether or not you are required to enroll in MFA due to the nature of your relationship with the University.
   
   
2. If you determine that you are not required to be enrolled, and wish to unenroll, you must call the IT Service Desk in order to do so.
