eCare Technical Support:
AT&T customers can visit AT&T’s Business Center to get the same technical support online as you would through the other support channels when calling in through the telephone. This is a great tool for an end user; you do not need a login or passcode. If you use the chat to talk feature for assistance, you will need to provide an IMEI.

Verizon
Online access makes it easy to manage your Verizon University Business Account, and support is available if needed.
Verizon Wireless provides “My Business Account” for University service. When accounts are enrolled and set-up in “My Business”, departments/users will be able to view accounts, make payments, and manage their accounts online.
To enroll University accounts in “My Business Account”, select “I would like Cellular assistance” on the Telephony Request form.
VZAccess Manager
Data usage is tracked via VZAccess Manager, and users may access and monitor data usage. VZAccess Manager is the software that is downloaded onto your laptop or desktop to use the VZAccess service.
- Go to VZAccess Manager
- On the top toolbar click on usage (you will see a large window of numbers)
- At the bottom you select a date range, select from your most recent billing cycle date to the current day’s date
- Below the date range, the total amount of sessions, megabyte usage, and time connected will populate.
