This article explains the details of the Research Accounting, Award Setup Ready for Accountant Review Email Notification.

The Award Setup Ready for Accountant Review email is generated when Research Accounting users add an activity for "Send to Accountant Review" from the Award Detail display.  

• The email is generated from the staff that added completed the Send to Accountant Review activity
• The recipient of the email is the "User Assigned" 
• The subject line of the email is:   Award Setup Ready for Accountant Review - [processing type] - Grant#XXXXXX - OSP#XXXXXX
• The body of the email includes:

  Last name, First name (userid) has been assigned to accountant review. The master data setup is now complete. The award setup is ready for your final review and removal from the SIMS dashboard. Please review all status updates.
