Introduction

Step by step instructions for PSU iLab Lab (group) PI or Lab Manager to remove a member from their lab.

 

It is very important to use the end data feature in case there are still pending core expenses. If the lab (group) member is just deleted than the payment for services will not be processed correctly and you will have to go back and fix it.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the lab (group) by clicking on the Hamburger Menu and hovering over My Groups
  2. Go to Members tab
  3. Click the blue pen and notepad icon next to the member's name you wish to remove
  4. In the new dialog box, select an End Date
  5. Click Save

The lab (group) member name will now appear in the Expired Members tab in the Lab Members and Settings
