NSF Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) Training Email

When an IAF linked to a "New" or "Additional Funds" Negotiation manager log has a sponsor or prime sponsor that is within the National Science Foundation (NSF) hierarchy, and has been closed to Contract File, upon distribution of the log record an email is sent to all named project personnel regardless of level of effort.
The email is informational and serves as a reminder that the training is required.
The subject line of the email will reference the OSP#.
Example:
Email Subject: NSF-Responsible Conduct of Research Training Required for OSP#999999
An Activity is logged in Negotiation Manager - Activity Tab will contain in the notes section all email addresses the training email was generated to.
