SIMS PSSUB: How to add a Subcoordinator

Please note "Role Administration" is only available to unit AOR's.

  1. Select "Role Administration" from the PSSUB Request main menu or the IAF main menu.


  2. From "Add User Role", select the "subc" (college subcoordinator) or "subd"(department subcoordinator) role, select the "Unit", enter the name or PSU userid, and select "Add"
