INTRODUCTION:

How to receive email notification that a new voicemail has arrived

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

From the portal only:

1. Go to "https://my.voip.psu.edu".  (You'll be prompted to login with your Penn State AccessID and Password.)
2. Click on "Voice Mail".
3. Click on "Settings"
4. Click on "Notification Devices".
5. Click on "View Notification Devices".
6. Select "SMTP" (Note that in the "Notifies" field you will need to add your AccessID followed by "@unityconnection.psu.edu")
7. Click on [Save].
