INTRODUCTION:

How to reset your VoIP voicemail PIN (for those with Cisco VoIP voicemail).

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

From the portal only:

  1. Go to "https://my.voip.psu.edu".  (You'll be prompted to login with your Penn State AccessID and Password.)
  2. Click on "Voice Mail".
  3. Click on "Settings"
  4. Click on "Passwords".
  5. Click on "Change PIN".
  6. Enter your "New PIN" (numeric only, minimum 4 characters).
  7. Enter your new PIN again to "Confirm New PIN".
  8. Click on [Save].

Note: To reset the Voicemail PIN on a shared line, you will need to submit a Telephony Services Request
