I can't get on the internet after enabling GlobalProtect.

Resolution
Trouble Shooting GlobalProtect
Some users have experienced connection issues after switching to GlobalProtect. Please check the following to ensure you are meeting all requirements.
- The computer Operating System needs to be up to date.
- GlobalProtect requires the use of an anti-virus program to be installed on the computer where it is running
- Virus Definitions must be up-to-date and have active monitoring enabled.
- To acquire a compatible anti-virus program, visit: Anti-Virus Software and select an option from the list under the ‘Students’ section
- Currently, for Mac the only free option with "active monitoring" is Avast
