How do I get Adobe Creative Cloud? How do I get Adobe Acrobat Pro?

Environment

  • Active Faculty, Staff, or Student affiliation

Resolution

Staff

  1. Request access from the Adobe point of contact for your department.

 

Faculty and Student

  1. Go to Penn State Software Request.
  2. Select "Penn State".
  3. Place order for Adobe Creative Cloud.
  4. Wait up to 4 hours for order to be processed.
  5. Check email for Order Completed email
  6. Go to Adobe (www.adobe.com)
  7. Click "Sign In"
  8. Enter your PSU email address
  9. Click "Continue"
  10. Under "Your Services>Creative Cloud", click "Open"
  11. Under "Quick Links" on the right, click "Install Creative Cloud app"
  12. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

NOTE: Not all individuals have administrative rights to download software to their machines.  If you do not,  please contact your local IT staff to provide you with assistance. 

 

EMPLOYEE (LDAP)

  1. Those who have the University affiliation of EMPLOYEE are not included in the agreement with Adobe.
