Issue

When cross site tracking is enabled, Safari blocks certain site content, module content in Canvas and access to certain LTIs in Canvas. When trying to access Zoom in canvas, you may see "Sorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again."

Resolution

For users that want to use Safari
1. Open Safari on your Mac
2. Choose Safari > Preferences, then click Privacy.
3. Allow "cross-site tracking" by making sure the box enclosed in the pink rectangle is UNCHECKED.

Option for users that do not want to allow cross site tracking.

1. Install Google Chrome
