Issue

When cross site tracking and block all cookies is enabled, Safari is prone to blocking various site content, modules in Canvas, access to certain LTIs in Canvas and Kaltura media.

Environment

Resolution

1. Open Safari on your Mac

2. Select Safari and then Preferences

3. Select the privacy option

4. Allow "cross-site tracking" and prevent Safari from blocking cookies by making sure the boxes enclosed in the pink rectangles are UNCHECKED.

For the Safari Mobile App

1. Select Settings

2. Scroll down and select Safari 

3. Allow "cross-site tracking" and prevent Safari from blocking cookies by making sure the boxes enclosed in the pink rectangles are UNCHECKED.
