Support for TLT Technology Enhanced Classrooms Instructors who need immediate assistance in a general-purpose classroom at University Park should call the LAT Hotline (814-777-0035). If the operator cannot solve the problem promptly, our team is located in the Computer Building and we can arrive at most classrooms within 10 minutes.

Faculty and Staff at University Park who need immediate assistance with any of the following problems may use our hotline:

  • To report problems with technology classroom equipment or if something is missing.
  • To determine whether servers, services, or networks are down.  Also, see the Penn State IT Alerts page.
  • To report a problem with servers, services, or networks.

Please provide your Penn State access id to the hot phone operator, and let us know what technology classroom you are calling about. If the classroom phone is not working or if there is no answer please let us know immediately at techclass@psu.edu.

If these services are not available or if your problem persists, staff at the Penn State IT Service Desk will be able to assist.  Student groups who have reserved technology classrooms may use the hotline (above) if they encounter problems.
