Issue

When you aren't logged in as an authenticated user, you cannot join meetings that are limited to authenticated users only. You will need to sign in with SSO in order to access your meeting.

Resolution

  1. Login at zoom.psu.edu or use the SSO button on the Zoom desktop app.
  2. If using the desktop app, the domain is psu.zoom.us
