On the Request to Issue tab, you will first select either Initial or Amendment.
Initial Subaward/Subcontract
Below are the fields that will need to be filled out when the type is Initial.
Amendment to Subaward/Subcontract
Below are the fields that will need to be filled out when the type is Amendment. The drop-down list of Subaward/Subcontract Numbers includes only those sub records which have been fully executed.
Termination/PoP Reduction - If "Termination/PoP Reduction" is selected, an amount must be entered in the De-obligation Amount field. If amount is zero, enter "0". The amount cannot be blank.
