Issue

Faculty can't log in to LionPATH

Environment

  • LionPath
  • Web browser

Resolution

  1. Go to https://webaccess.psu.edu/
  2. Authenticate using your Penn State userID and password
  3. Authenticate with 2FA, if prompted
  4. Click LionPATH
  5. Click Students, Faculty, Staff Login

 

Alternate Solutions

  1. Use an incognito window to access LionPATH
  2. Clear cache and cookies on your web browser
  3. Try a different web browser

 

Not Authorized Error

  1. Take and pass the FERPA Quiz & Tutorial on the Learning Resource Network (lrn.psu.edu)
  2. Check with your department to be sure you've been assigned to teach a class
  3. Contact your ASR to request access
