Purpose:
To view existing status and startup of hosted vm Jump boxes in the event they are turned off and need to get them back online
Caveat:
Hosted jump boxes may have been accidentally turned off or may not came back online after an update, etc.
Hosted vm Jump Boxes

Step 1.
Web to Morpheus Portal at https://my.vmhost.psu.edu/login/auth
Login in with Penn State Login
Step 2.
From the Operations-> Dashboard page you will observe MY INSTANCES and displayed our two hosted vm jump boxes entries. See example 1 below.

Select either one of the hosted vm jumpboxes that you're dealing with that may not accessible. You will now see the instance of the selected jump box. In this example you will observe where the status
is a green arrow indicating that the server is in a good state. See example 2 below.

In the event the status is not green, in the far right section you will see EDIT/ ACTIONS// DELETE
Select Actions and you will see some options appear. If the Start Server option is not grayed/ghosted out then select it in order to start up the server. See example 3 below.

Step 3.
Launch Remote Desktop Application and attempt to remote to the jump box in question.
Step 4.
In the event, if either jumpbox is not accessible, engage with the Virtualization Team by generating an incident and assign to Assignment Group, Virtualization.
