Introduction
Email notification of Penn State Sub Requests returned by the Central Processing Office (CPO).
Article Body
After the Penn State Sub Request is acknowledged by the Central Processing Office (CPO) Office of Sponsored Programs or Office of Research Affairs the assigned negotiator may return the sub request to the college/department for changes. Upon return of the sub request to the college an email is sent to the initiator and AOR/COM DRA on the sub request.
