This description will describe the General Information section of the NDA request form.
Article Body
"General Information" is the third section of the Non-Disclosure Agreement Request Form.
Type of NDA Agreement Notes
- If the PI Administering Unit is part of the College of Medicine, then the "Type of NDA Agreement" field will be shown. Otherwise, "Type of NDA Agreement" defaults to Basic Science.
- For College of Medicine, an additional option of "Clinical Trial" is also presented.
Which parties will be disclosing Confidential Information Notes
- Includes following options:
- Company only
- Penn State only
- Both Company and Penn State
- If either "Penn State only" or "Both Company and Penn State" are selected, then the Invention Disclosure section will appear after the Export Compliance Information section and be required.
