How do I login and out of Zoom?

New to Penn State?

New students and employees need to sign in at zoom.psu.edu to obtain a licensed account with Penn State. Accounts are provisioned upon first login. After this, you can continue to use the web version or the Zoom app.

Zoom desktop application

     Login

1. Open the Zoom desktop application.
2. Click Sign In.
3. Click SSO (Do not enter your email address).
4. For domain, type psu and click Continue. Don't add anything else in the domain box. 
5. At the Penn State Sign In, enter your Penn State Access Account userID followed by @psu.edu and your password.
6. Authenticate with Duo 2FA

     Logout

1. Click your profile/picture icon in the top-right corner.
2. Click Sign Out.      

Zoom in web browser

1. Using a web browser, login at zoom.psu.edu to use Zoom on the web.
2.  Join your meeting through the browser instead of opening it in the Zoom app.

Zoom Mobile App

     Login    

1. Open the Zoom app.
2. Tap Sign In.
3. Tap Sign in with SSO.
4. Enter psu as your domain. Don't enter anything else in the company domain box.
5. Tap Continue
6. At the Penn State sign in window, select/enter your Penn State Access Account userID followed by @psu.edu and your password.
7. Authenticate with Duo 2FA

     Logout

1. Tap Settings.
   
2. Tap your name/profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Sign Out.
