GlobalProtect VPN Users on Managed Penn State Computers.

PSU owned and managed computers that have an EAD Computer Certificate installed may see a prompt to select a certificate when connecting to the GlobalProtect VPN. Personally owned and other PSU unmanaged computer assets are not impacted.
Currently, Managed Penn State Mac computers are the only known impacted users.
Upon connecting to the VPN if a prompt for certificate selection is presented like the following screenshot a selection must be made to proceed. The certificate should match the computer name and be issued from Penn State. If you are presented with more than one option choose the certificate that matches the computer name as in the below example. The request for certificate selection should be coming from VPN.PSU.EDU in the prompt. Once a certificate is selected click continue to complete login.
