The Investigator Tab is only visible to the PI while the Sub Request is in workflow. It must be completed before the PI can approve.
If the answer to the above question is No, then no further information is needed from the PI and the PI may approve the request.
If the answer to the above question is Yes, then the PI must indicate who has the significant financial interest.
Once indicated, the PI may approve the request.
