ARTICLE INTENDED FOR:

IT staff whose units do not yet subscribe to the Penn State Service Management Program

INTRODUCTION:

How IT staff who have no access to ServiceNow can view articles in the IT Knowledge Base.

ARTICLE BODY:

To view articles in the IT Knowledge Base, click on this link: help.psu.edu which will take you to the Penn State IT Portal. Use the features of the portal to find knowledge articles that you need.

Note: this will also work for IT staff who do have access to ServiceNow, although these staff can also view and write articles by logging into ServiceNow,
