This article is intended for Penn State students, faculty, and staff using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly at Penn State lab and classroom computers.
Introduction
The latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud employs a new licensing structure, requiring some additional steps to use Adobe Creative Cloud applications (including Acrobat).
This document describes how to access Adobe Creative Cloud applications and how to address frequently encountered error messages that may appear during the sign in process.
Article Body
Adobe Creative Cloud is available at no additional cost for all Penn State students, staff, and faculty. However, obtaining an Adobe Enterprise ID account is an opt-in process. First-time users including students, faculty, and staff need to sign up for an Adobe Enterprise ID account at adobe.psu.edu.
Your Enterprise Account is the letter/number combination that precedes the @psu.edu of your Penn State email address.
In order to use Adobe Creative Cloud applications on Penn State lab and classroom computers, users must first sign in with an Adobe Enterprise ID.
- Open any Adobe Creative Cloud application (such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver).
- When prompted to sign in, click on the link to Sign in with an Enterprise ID.
- Enter your Adobe Enterprise ID, which is your Penn State email address (username@psu.edu) and click Sign In.
