Issue
Your local firewall or Global Protect VPN is blocking traffic from Zoom.
Environment
- Zoom
- Macintosh OS
Resolution
1. Go to System Preferences
2. Go to Security & Privacy
3. Go to Firewall and click Firewall Options
4. Click the plus button (+), then click on zoom.us.
5. Click Add to let allow incoming connections from Zoom.
If this problem persists when connected to Global Protect, please proceed to:
1. Upgrade to the Latest Version of Zoom
- If you're unsure which version you have, you may check your version number.
2. Reinstall Global Protect
