How do I login and out in Zoom?

Environment

  • Zoom mobile app
  • Zoom desktop application

Resolution

Zoom mobile app

     Login    

  1. Using a web browser, login at psu.zoom.us (leave browser window open after signing in)
  2. Open the Zoom app.
  3. Click Sign In.
  4. Click Sign in with SSO.
  5. At the Penn State Sign In, enter your Penn State Access Account userID followed by @psu.edu and your password.
  6. Authenticate with 2FA/Duo

     Logout

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap your name/profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Sign Out.

 

Zoom desktop application

     Login

  1. Using a web browser, login at psu.zoom.us (leave browser window open after signing in)
  2. Open the Zoom desktop application.
  3. Click Sign In.
  4. Click SSO (Do not enter your email address).
  5. For domain, type psu and click Continue.
  6. At the Penn State Sign In, enter your Penn State Access Account userID followed by @psu.edu and your password.
  7. Authenticate with 2FA/Duo

     Logout

  1. Click your profile/picture icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Sign Out.      

    

Zoom in web browser

  1. Using a web browser, login at psu.zoom.us to use Zoom on the web.
