Introduction
The ORIS SIMS Distribution List Maintenance feature is used to manage access and notifications for specific Administrative Committee on Research (ACOR) and PI Agency reports.

SIMSreports – Distribution List Manager
Staff with access to SIMSreports and have the role of Distribution Manager can access the Distribution List Maintenance page through SIMSreports, where access to ACOR and Agency PI reports can updated.
When viewing a specific report list, only active users will be displayed. The Distribution Manager can add new users as well as delete current users. When a user is added, their access will be reflected on their personal Distribution List Opt In/Opt Out Preferences page.
