It says I need to be an authenticated user. How do I log in to Zoom?

Resolution

Zoom in web browser

  1. Login at psu.zoom.us to use Zoom on the web.

Zoom app

  1. Open the Zoom app
  2. Click "Sign In"
  3. Click "Sign in with SSO"
  4. For domain, type psu and click "Continue".
  5. At the Penn State Sign In, enter your Penn State Access Account userID followed by @psu.edu and your password.
  6. Authenticate with 2FA/Duo
