Unenroll a Device

To remove a device you no longer can or wish to use for authentication, simply log in to the 2FA Management webpage and click the Remove button below the device you wish to unenroll.

If you're having trouble logging in to the 2FA Management webpage, see knowledge base article 2FA: Trouble Logging In with Two-Factor Authentication.

NOTE: Removing your last device unenrolls you from 2FA. If you wish to remain enrolled, be sure you have at least one other device enrolled before removing the one you no longer wish to use.
