- Under Reporting Requirements, if "Other" is selected, a description is required.
- If "Is automatic carry forward allowable under the Prime Agreement?" is answered no, a message displays indicating that the prime sponsor approval must be obtained prior to submitting the sub request form
- The question "Provide Sole Source Justification" displays only if prime agreement type is "Contract"
- If the answer to "Provide Sole Source Justification" is "Sole Source Justification", a sole source justification upload is required
