Issue

A new Penn State associate is not sure how to access their PSU email.

Environment

  • Student/Faculty/Staff/Sponsored Account
  • Not Hershey Medical Staff. 

Resolution

  1. Open a web browser and go to office365.psu.edu
  2. Click Login
  3. Enter your Penn State Email address (example: abc1234@psu.edu)
    1. If you are not prompted to enter your email address, a different Microsoft account may be logged in. Click on the circle in the top right and click "sign out"
  4. You will be re-directed to Penn State Web-Access, sign in as normal
  5. Select "Outlook" from the list of available applications.
