Article Intended For
SIMBA Labor Distribution users
Introduction
As the number of Labor Distribution (LD) plans created in Mendix continues to increase, you may need to search for particular LD plans rather than scrolling through a long list to locate desired plans. Several SIMBA tiles allow users to set search and filter criteria for viewing LD plans.
Article Body
Prior Version
Mendix filtering capabilities were updated on November 8, 2024. Previously, when users had fewer than 6,500 LD plans, they would go directly to the Labor Distribution Planning Overview screen with no ability to enter search parameters. When users had 6,500 plans or more, they could search by Home Cost Center, Year, and PSU ID on the Search Parameters screen (see Figure 1) to filter the results that populated the Labor Distribution Planning Overview screen (see Figure 2).

The updated searching capabilities provide additional search parameters, offering seven search fields rather than three. Additionally, these search parameters are now available when users have a minimum of 1,000 plans rather than 6,500 plans.
The following sections detail how to search for LD plans using the updated features.
Searching for LD Plans
- Select one of the following SIMBA tiles (see Figure 3):
- Labor Distribution Approvals
