How do I get Adobe Creative Cloud?

• Active Faculty, Staff, or Student affiliation

Go to Penn State Software Request.

1. Select "Penn State".
2. Once you’re logged in, you will see the Software Request home page. Click Order/Reorder for Adobe Creative Cloud.

3. For Students that require Adobe Creative Cloud for coursework: Adobe Creative Cloud will appear. On the next page, please agree to the conduct statement and select a class from your list that requires the use of Creative Cloud or choose "Other" and provide a justification statement otherwise

4. For Faculty that require the use of Adobe Creative Cloud in the classes they teach: Adobe Creative Cloud will appear. On the next page, please agree to the conduct statement and select a class you are teaching that requires the use of Creative Cloud or choose "Other" and provide a justification statement otherwise.

5. For Staff that require the use of Adobe Creative Cloud for essential job functions: Adobe Creative Cloud will appear. On the next page, please agree to the conduct statement and provide a justification statement.

6. Check email for Order Completed email. 
7. Go to Adobe (www.adobe.com).
8. Click "Sign In".
9. Enter your PSU email address.
10. Click "Continue".
11. Click the Adobe app launcher icon   in the upper right.
12. Then click Creative Cloud.
13. Under "Resources" on the right hand side, click "Install Creative Cloud app".
14. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

• NOTE: Not all individuals have administrative rights to download software to their machines.  If you do not,  please contact your local IT Staff to provide you with assistance. 

EMPLOYEE (LDAP)

1. Those who have the University affiliation of EMPLOYEE are not included in the agreement with Adobe.
