This article goes over the necessary information and prerequisites required to access SIMSbudgets.

*As of April 27, 2021, SIMSbudgets has been updated to use Microsoft Azure Web SSO for its single-sign on solution.
To gain access, a user must have an established Penn State access account registered for Two-Factor authentication. A user must also request access from their unit Research Administrator.
Users must access through Penn State's Virtual Private Network services.
