Introduction
Beginning 2/20/2025, faculty will be able to opt-in to receive notifications when a student Late Drops or Withdraws. Faculty will only receive the notification if they are assigned as the Primary Instructor in LionPATH and have opted-in to receive notifications. When opted in they will receive an email notification every time a student late drops or withdraws from a class in which they are identified as the primary instructor.

Opt-in to Notifications
To opt-in to notifications, use the My Schedule page in Faculty Home Base. For an overview of navigating to Faculty Home Base, see LionPATH Faculty Home Base.
Click on the Opt-in to Notifications link found in the box on the right side of the screen.
The link opens an Opt-in to Notifications page. On this page, faculty can choose to opt-in to Withdrawal notifications, Late Drop Notifications or both. The default is set to not opt-in. Faculty will need to choose to opt-in. This is not per class or per semester, but for all classes and every semester.
Click the button next to the notifications you would like to receive. Click OK to save. This action will also take you back to Faculty Home Base. Click Cancel if you do not desire to make any changes.
