Curriculum Review and Consultation System (CRCS) users can control what is displayed on their screen, as well as the number of items displayed through the Edit User Preferences page. To access the Edit User Preferences page:
- From the navigation menu in the upper left, select the Tools link.

Select Edit User Preferences.
The Edit User Preferences screen will display. On this screen, you can edit the viewing options for My Program Proposals, Requests For My Consultation, My Review History, Page Layout, and Find a Proposal.

To collapse the My Program Proposals, Requests For My Consultation, or My Review History box on the Home screen, click the check box for the corresponding section. If you wish to view only a certain number of proposal items in a section, select the appropriate number from the drop-down menu for that section.
If you wish to hide the program instructions text boxes, click the Hide Page Instructions check box in the Page Layout Preferences section. To specify how many items to display when finding a proposal, select the appropriate number from the drop-down menu under Find a Proposal Preferences.
To save any changes made on the Edit User Preferences page, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
