  1. Navigate to the Prescribed, Additional, and Supporting Courses page (if necessary).
  2. In the Minimum Credits field, enter 52.
  3. In the Maximum Credits field, enter 52.

Entering Semesters 1-4 Courses

  1. Click the Insert a Course icon.

  2. On the form that displays, in the Abbreviation field, enter ACCTG.
    NOTE: You can enter the course number in this field as well, for example, ACCTG 211, and skip step 3. You can also partially enter a course abbreviation, then select the course from the drop-down menu.

    Under Abbreviation, enter ACCTG.
  3. In the Number field, enter 211.
  4. From the Footnote drop-down menu, select [1] A student enrolled in this major must receive a grade of C or better, as specified in Senate Policy 82-44.
  5. Select the Save; Add More link.
  6. Repeat steps 2-5 for ECON 102, FIN 301, and MGMT 301. Make sure you set the Footnote for each course appropriately. For example, the footnote for ECON 102 should read "Select a footnote" as this is the default and indicates there is actually no footnote.
  7. After entering the information for FIN 301 and selecting the Save; Add More link, in the Abbreviation field, enter MKTG 301.
  8. From the Footnote drop-down menu, select [1] A student enrolled in this major must receive a grade of C or better, as specified in Senate Policy 82-44.
  9. From the Connector drop-down menu, select Sem: (End Group).
  10. In the Semester Range field, enter 1-4.
  11. Select the Save link.

  4. Select the Save; Add More link.
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 for B LAW 341, ECON 104, ENGL 202D, and MIS 204.
  6. After entering the information for MIS 204 and selecting the Save; Add More link, in the Abbreviation field, enter SCM 301.
  7. From the Connector drop-down menu, select Sem: (End Group).
  8. In the Semester Range field, enter 5-6.
  9. Select the Save link.

  6. After entering the information for ACCTG 472 and selecting the Save; Add More link, in the Abbreviation field, enter B A 411.
  7. From the Connector drop-down menu, select Sem: (End Group).
  8. In the Semester Range field, enter 5-8.
  9. Select the Save link.

  6. From the Connector drop-down menu, select ,(AND).

  3. Select the Save; Add More link.
  4. In the Abbreviation field, enter ACCTG 406.
  5. From the Connector drop-down menu, select ,(AND).
  6. Select the Save; Add More link.
  7. Repeat steps 4-5 for ACCTG 432, ACCTG 440, ACCTG 473, and ACCTG 481.
  8. In the Abbreviation field, enter ACCTG 483.
  9. From the Connector drop-down menu, select Sem: (End Group).
