CRCS: Submit a Proposal to Add an Undergraduate Minor Program in Curriculum: 3 Program Definition

In this step, you will determine entrance and retention requirements for the new minor. Entrance and retention requirements must meet the criteria defined by the Guide to Curricular Procedures.

1. From the Entrance And/Or Retention to Minor drop-down menu, select YES or NO.
   NOTE: If you select yes, an additional form is required. (See the Minors section in the Guide to Curricular Procedures.)
2. From the Effective Semester drop-down menu, select the semester.
