The predicted costs of a program in the Curriculum Review and Consultation System are detailed on the Academic Program Costing Analysis Form. There are three radio buttons from which to select when determining the costs of a program:

Academic Program Costing Analysis Form options

If there are no costs anticipated for the proposed program, select No costs are anticipated. If there are costs that will be covered within the department, select Costs are anticipated but will be covered with existing departmental funds.

If central funding is required for anticipated costs, select Costs are anticipated and central funding is required. This will display a form below with required information about the cost estimates.

Enter the cost estimates in the appropriate text boxes to complete the cost estimates form.

Below the text boxes, from the Indicate if these costs are the same as those submitted on the Prospectus drop-down menu, select Yes or No.

Once the appropriate information has been entered, click Next.
