CRCS: Submit a Proposal to Add an Undergraduate Minor Program in Curriculum: 10 Admissions Analysis Form

On the Admissions Analysis Form of a proposal to add a minor program within the Curriculum Review and Consultation System, indicate who can apply to the program, according to their current program level and credits earned.
